Manage your care at a time that suits you
From now on, you have your own online patient portal at Minerva Dental Practice. You can manage various matters regarding your treatment yourself, whenever it suits you. This means you no longer need to call during opening hours.
What can you manage in the portal?
- Appointments: book an appointment yourself at a time that suits you, and you can also change or cancel it.
- Treatment plans: view your treatment plans and sign them digitally.
- Medical history: complete or update your medical history questionnaire.
- Questionnaires: complete any outstanding questionnaires.
- My preferences: indicate how you would like us to contact you and when you are available.
Log in without a password
Go to portal.aivory.nl. You log in via a link that we send to you by email, so you do not need to remember a password.
Your data is secure
Only you and our practice can see the information in the portal.
