Your appointment easily arranged
Booking, rescheduling or cancelling an appointment can be done by telephone, email, WhatsApp or via the contact form. Choose whichever method you prefer.
Available by telephone on working days from 08:30 to 17:00.
Cancelling an appointment
We reserve time and a treatment room for your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to two working days in advance. This allows us to help another patient.
If you cancel later or do not attend, we will charge for part of the reserved time, provided it could not be filled. This also applies in cases of illness or force majeure.
Easy payment with Payt
We discuss the expected treatment costs in advance, so you know what to expect. You will receive your invoice by email via Payt. You can use the link to pay easily or ask a question.
