With supplementary (dental) insurance, you may receive reimbursement for the treatment. These reimbursements can vary per health insurer and insurance policy.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Treatments for everyone under the age of 18 are covered by standard insurance, with the exception of bridges, crowns, and orthodontics. You will receive your invoice by email via Payt. You can use the link to pay easily or ask a question.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pay directly at our practice<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is, of course, also possible to pay directly at our practice by debit card or in cash.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Costs for missed appointments<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve time and a treatment room for your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to two working days in advance. This allows us to help another patient.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you cancel later or do not attend, we will charge for part of the reserved time, provided it could not be filled. This also applies in cases of illness or force majeure.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Complaints Procedure<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do you disagree with a treatment or invoice? If you feel that we have treated you carelessly or incorrectly, we ask you to contact us. We would be happy to discuss this with you.
